Steve Demers, who graduated in Geography this year and has a love of mapping, is creating a map mural for the department in the stairwell of Ellison Hall. As Steve has pointed out, “Cartography is 27% art.” In the next few weeks, we will have a permanent gift from this gifted geographer, gracing the main building in which the Department is housed.
