Congratulations to Dar Roberts, on recently being named an American Geophysical Union Fellow, an honor given to individual AGU members who have made exceptional scientific contributions and gained prominence in their respective fields of Earth and space sciences. As quoted by Margaret Leinen, AGU President on the 2016 class of fellows: “…each played a leading role in promoting discovery and developing solutions for a sustainable future for Earth,” and have had “significant and lasting contributions to Earth and space sciences.”
The 2016 class of Fellows will be recognized during the Honors Tribute on Wednesday, December 14, held during the 2016 AGU Fall Meeting in San Francisco.
