Do you think you want to apply to grad school? If you do, then come check out the informational forum hosted by GTU and our guest speaker Dar Roberts, our own Vice Chair! Dar will be talking about the application process, what various departments are and aren’t looking for, grad life, and, in addition, will answer any questions you bring (ok, maybe not all questions, but any grad-school or educational question). Many people found last year’s session quite useful (transcript can be found at , and we hope that you’ll find this year’s forum useful as well. In addition to the grad-school informational forum, we will be talking about what kind of Geography T-shirts/sweaters we should make for next year. So, if you want a hand at creating a new design, show up! All of this will be held in the 5th Floor Conference Room in Ellison Hall on November 7, 2007 at 5:30pm.
