A Warm Welcome to Erin Tang

Please say hello to Erin Tang who will be interning part time in Geography for the next two quarters. Erin is a senior, majoring in Political Science with a minor in History. After spending her junior year in Scotland, thanks to the Education Abroad Program (“searching for the Loch Ness monster and exploring castles at every opportunity,” as Erin put it with a grin), she has returned to “the somewhat balmier climate” of Santa Barbara for the remainder of her undergraduate career.

When not spending her time in the Geography department, Erin enjoys “ballroom dancing, the beautiful music of classical violin playing, and learning new languages” (she’s fluent in English, Spanish, and Chinese). Needless to say, we’re understaffed and certainly can use Erin’s help – so give her a warm welcome (in the language of your choice)!
