Christopher Still, Asst. Professor of Geography, has been honored with a NASA New Investigator Program (NIP) in Earth Sciences award for his proposal entitled “C4 Photosynthesis and the Carbon Cycle: An Integrated Plan of Research and Education.” The Earth Science Enterprise places particular emphasis on the investigators’ ability to promote and increase the use of Earth remote sensing through the proposed research and education projects.
